Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is kindly requested to cancel or reschedule all appointments.
Certain services—including special occasions, weddings, group bookings, and holiday appointments—may require a non-refundable deposit and a minimum of five (5) days’ notice.
Cancellations made outside of the required notice period may be subject to a fee starting at 35% of the scheduled service total, with fees adjusted based on the service type and notice provided. Repeated cancellations or no-call/no-shows may result in fees of up to 90% of the service total and may require booking privileges to be temporarily paused until all outstanding balances are settled.
